  For those Never Say Never fans, LindsayK mentioned on Twitter that Chapter 9 will be called "Wake Up Call" and she's almost done! I don't know about you, but I'm anxious for this update.
  
  Do you like band fics? Well I do, and I'm currently reading Chiisai-Kitty's Backbeat and while chatting with her on Twitter, she told me that she's working on the next chapter. Yaay!

So how are you enjoying the book? Still no spoilers for me please. I don't think I will bee able to dive into the book until after Friday.  Speaking of which .. the daily updates will post a little later than normal for the next couple of days while I work on a launch at work. So my apologies for this late post and a pre-apology for the ones to come.

I'm also a bit scarce on Twitter soooo ... if you have (or see) any Fic Spoilers could ya' DM or PM me the message?  So I don't have any spoiler goodies for you today BUT I do have Fic Updates ...

It's here! It's here! Happy DITF Day. Spoilers are rampant for the book all over the internet so I'm going to leave it at that and move onto the fics. (Plus, I'm still reading so I can't discuss until I finish. *smiles*)

Fic Spoilers!

• So last night, afalcone10 mentioned that she won't be updating Dead to My World for a little while so she sent out this little teaser. Enjoy!
  
  In other news, while letting us know that she will be updating Dixie today (see Fanfiction Highlights), Lubs mentioned that if you read the last chapter of Comic Con Connections you will know the next destination for Pilot E. I'm not spilling the beans on this one .. so go read the chapter.
  
  Now you gotta love the fic fan gals ... we speak code and everyone totally understands. Case in point: in a tweet from Evenflo78, she tells us: "Working on ch 13 CT, ch 15 IK, a one shot for POTC and a new multi ch for POTC. I also have this nagging J/B story in my head." And to sum that up ... make sure you have Evenflo78 on alert because she's updating Couple's Therapy and Ivoking Kismet (Twi); AND working on 3 new fics for Twilight and Pirates of the Caribbean.
  
  And my final spoiler of the day comes from a southern lady named .. well SoutherLady23. Earlier today she tweeted a tease for her fic, Waking The Blood of the Dead II. To see what she wrote, click here.

In other news, book 10 is almost here. Anyone else besides me thinking about reading with one eye open?  I'm going to rip it like a bandaid that's for sure!

My first fan fiction  story was Pour Some Sugar on Me by Bon Temps Baby.  I don’t even remember how I stumbled upon it, but I do remember staying up until like 5 in the morning reading it. I was addicted immediately.

In fanfiction news, the wonderful site skarsgardnews.com (which is free to use for all readers) posted this lovely teaser of Eric on his throne in Season Three. Isn't it just lovely!  Minisodes start this weekend and it's only a couple more weeks to go ..

  Also from twitter, here's an exclusive, for My SVM Addiction from the wonderful Seastarr08 (fanfiction).  She's offered a little teaser to Chapter 2 of her new fic, Better Man. To give you just a hint ... secret identities! You can find more details about this cool story below in the Fanfiction Highlights section.
  
  And last but not least, heard from the grapevine (again, Twitter) that LindsayK heard from her beta, so Never Say Never fans should be looking for a chapter update soon.

  So heard on the grapevine *twitter* that Jan of Arc (LJ, EN.net) -- of Ring of Ring of Roses; Sookie,Interrupted; The Strength Found Within -- is working on something new. An AH (her first!), Sookie has an accident which makes her reliant on her PC and finds new friends in an online world.  I'm looking forward to checking this one out.
  
  Also in spoiler news, this week LindsayK (fanfiction.net) was sending out teasers for her work-in-progress Candle in the Window.  I won't send out the link to her teaser without her permission, just know that the GoGI couple has some hawt stuff in store for them.
