Blogger note: Guess who's back! Sorry it's taking a while to start this back up but the month of July has been extremely busy. So to kick of the resurrection of the SVM Fanfic Addicts section is my girl, CatieMak! I met Catie on Twitter, like I do most readers since my interaction with most fanfic addicts happen there. Catie and I started talking when we found out we both had love for the NFL. And then ... I found out she's a Pats fan. I'm a Giants fan. So that prompted a reenactment of Superbowl XLII ... and well I love CatieMak! Whoops, back to the introduction. With over 100 favorite stories, she's reads more than one fandom. Happy Saturday. You SVM Pimp here with today's highlights in the SVM/TB world. I have fic spoilers for you to enjoy, a contest entry for Age of Eric, and some chapter highlights rounding out the end.
On the fanfiction.net alert front, I've been experiencing delays all week but was so happy to find every morning that the SVMFanfic twitter account (shown on the right) has been up-to-date with everything. It hasn't missed a story yet. I even saw a tweet for Norcrisp76's SVM/Night Huntress series crossover fic called Wife Swap. If you notice that your stories are not being tweeted, let me know.

- I spoke with Jan-of-Arc again about her upcoming fic with Robot Sookie and found out that it's going to be called, Eric and the Real Girl. She sent over this little teaser to give you an idea of what the story will be like. Oh and for those SciFi fans out there like me, when I asked her she said her aim isn't going to be a science fiction story, BUT it is set in the future and ... robots are involved. For those anticipating this story like me here are the must have links to make sure you are connected with JOA: LiveJournal.com, EricNorthman.net, and Fanfiction.net. - In my next spoiler, I had an awesome convo with Bellawriter7 and found out that while working with SlackerDee on another story. Oh if you haven't read SlackerDee before, just know that she has a plot bunny breeding farm and just talking to her can give you fic ideas. Anyhoo, the writer of Healing Blood told me that she's been fleshing out an idea that will pop her AH cherry! Please note that the story won't be posted anytime soon and is still in the idea phase.
- Breaking News! This just in ... just minutes before I was about to post this, Lubadub sent me a message from the road -- on route home from her Florida vacation no less. In Lubs teaser from the road, she let me know that the epilogue for Comic Con Connection will be posted tonight! So let's wish her safe travels on her journey home and look forward to the conclusion of the Actor Eric story.

Hi all: Remember these? Work has been really keeping me on my toes for the last couple of weeks as I put together yet another website for my project. So my apologies but these Daily Updates will intermittent for a while. - Since Zhivago sent this to me as a teaser, I'll post it here. She started a new fic called, Til Now. It was the one-shot sample for the Sam I Am Contest that was put on hold. The story has been re-tooled, she re-posted the prologue and added the first chappie. Here's the story description: "Sam fell for Sookie; Sookie fell for Eric. Who will be there when the world Sookie finds herself in, crumbles? A/U Rated M for language and sexual content." Check it out and send some review love!

So how did you enjoy tonight's episode of True Blood. Is Alan Ball's small screen fanfic holding up for you? If I was to give him a review of "9 Crimes", I'd definitely request more shirtless Alcide please. I won't complain if he gives us one of those pants off shifts. That element 's pretty cool.
