>>Celtic Karma in Lisdoonvarna by Mairemor
"OK, not sure if I'm doing this right...I added a link to Mairemor's fanfiction.net profile, where all her stories are, but she has one of the most fun AH/AU Eric and Sookie stories out there, Celtic Karma in Lisdoonvarna. How can you go wrong with Irish Eric?!
Matchmaking event = Irish Mardi Gras?! Craziness ensues! Drunk Amelia with the hots for her own Irish pen pal Eamon as love crazy hopefuls make their way to the Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival after Amelia tries to encourage her BFF Sookie, newly divorced, to venture out on the dating scene again. Enter Irish Eric! And not only is Eric his tall, blond, gorgeous Viking self, but he's a bard. *le sigh* Oh, Maire, you definitely got my music and storytelling self all in a tizzy with this story.
Maire researches her stories with great attention to detail. The Norse mythology of her Northman Trilogy. What started out as a birthday fic for another fab author, FarDaresMi2 and it promising to be an interesting legal eagle story. And with Celtic Karma, Maire says she gets to use all the fun lines her Irish hubby has used on her! I love reading about the slice of life in Ireland, Irish slang, and yet still involving our favorite characters. Johnny Quinn...but of course!! And still a tool. Mairemor is a woman of many facets...her stories are so varied and richly detailed. I always am thrilled to find an update from her in my inbox.
Ah, Maire, I am eagerly awaiting more Irish goodness. Keep sending the Celtic Karma our way!
*super-hugs*" -- ByteMeBill

"An awesome twist on what happened in book 4. This time it's Sookie with the memory loss. What happens when she's given up the supernatural world life, loses her memory and turns to the person she left behind? Find out in this amazingly funny, sad, and all around great story! It's an easy read and so much fun! Who knew Amnesiac Sookie could be so much fun!?" -- A_Redhead_Thing
>>Fangtasia Stories by Honeypop
"The author explains it much better than me... 'What might have been going on at Fangtasia that we never witnessed in the books? Ever wondered what made Eric opt for the pink Lycra? What do Eric and Pam talk about behind closed doors? How did Eric really feel after the curse was broken? And what were those tiny red briefs all about? Well, I'm going to explore some of these important unanswered questions!' discover which prominent UK/USA star is really a were llama and hear all about Bill (still a douche) Compton's infomercial type video, called 'Take a Bite at Mainstreaming' . Keep clean knickers at hand, you may need them." -- Alison at Northman Maille
"I love Sookie and Eric fics as much as the next person, but have found Miss Construed's Alcide/Sookie fic, The Heat is in the Tools, to be a refreshing change. So, I was extra excited when she posted If We Ever Meet Again - the story of Amelia and Stav, an original character that I've absolutely fallen in love with!
If We Ever Meet Again is a completed companion prequel to the excellent Sorry Ladies, Mr. Northman's Off the Market. The story can also stand alone, so be sure to check it out even if you haven't read NOM. The story takes place in Greece, where Amelia last saw her first love, Stav, ten years before at the tender age of 16. Amelia is a little wild but lovable, despite being somewhat of a coquette. Stav is even-keeled, introspective and, yes...a hunky Greek. If We Ever Meet Again bears all the hallmarks of a Miss Construed story - it's sweet without feeling like a Nicholas Sparks book, romantic, well-written, and hot. Phew!" -- Pfloogs72
"Okay, who doesn't love Miss Construed's Sorry Ladies, Northman Is Off The Market? Well she is back with some NOM goodness. This time featuring Stav and Amelia.
It's a short little fic, just 8 chapters, but it is just amazing. I loved Stav and Amelia in NOM and If We Ever Meet Again is the story of how their impulsive marriage came to life. Amelia has met her match in Stav, who shows that he is man enough to resist her charms (to a point) and capture her heart.
If you liked Amelia and Stav in NOM, then you should really read their story. -- SlackerDee
"This story was recently, as in this week, completed. We are all sad to see it end, but it is such a fantastic story. Leap of Faith is one of those stories you could read over and over again without being bored. Sookie and Eric were high school/college sweethearts, until Eric joined the Marine Corps and left. Several years later, chance has them bumping into each other at the supermarket. Thus begins the adventure that will capture your heart. Leap of Faith has it all. Humor, romance, heartache, and surprise plot twists. It will make you laugh and cry. It also has some very yummy lemony scenes and, get the bucket for the drool: the imagery of Eric in Marine Dress Blues." -- SlackerDee
"This fic rides a fine line similar to CH's own, exploring how it might be that Sookie could have a more equal relationship with Eric - rather than one or the other one of them who control the situation. Definitely different from many of the vampire/human fics, wherein the balance of power is with one of the characters, in this fic, Sleepy Lotus concentrates on giving *both* characters what they want. It's also one of the few stories I've read where Eric faces stiff competition from a rival who isn't Bill." -- peppermintyrose
"It's an Alcide/Sookie story, of which I always appreciative. So far it's only three chapters, but I'm privy to some of the things that are coming up and it's going to get even better than it already is. I am in love with this Sookie. She has a real backbone and she's not your cookie cutter female. Alcide is also different from what we normally see as well. There is a great supporting cast of characters such as Alcide's brother Aiden, the love of his life, Rachel, and two of the sweetest parents ever. It's a great read and I think everyone should take note of it." -- A_Redhead_Thing
>>Not From Here by Roux Roux (True Blood)
"In an alternate universe, most likely a distant future Eric and Sookie find themselves in a dire predicament. The dynamic of their relationship is extremely interesting once Eric starts to depend of Sookie. Surroundings are surreal and unlike in any other story pairing E/S. A rare treasure of True Blood section of FF." -- Kira Kiralina
