» An End Has A Start by moxiemo
"This is a True Blood fiction which so it is not my usual thing. But I really enjoy this author and I like canon stories. The story starts when Bill disappears after proposing and takes its own course from there, not the same as the show. Eric slowly builds his connection with Sookie." -- Northwoman
» Exit Wounds by Ciara2531 (The Vampire Diaries)
"A Vampire Diaries FF, it takes a look at the relationships between Stefan/Elena, Damon/Rose & Damon/Elena. Set after all the drama is over with Kathrine/Originals etc we see Damon & Rose leaving, with Damon unable to continue to watch Elena and Stefan together. It is heartwrenching, but oh so beautiful to read." -- Dazedrose
» House of Cards by Telcontar Rulz
"Upper East Side meets Sookieverse. Fashion and fangs. Great combo! Eric is sexy as ever in slim-fit suits =)" -- Bowen
» Instincts by evenflo78
"This is a True Blood story by another of my favorite authors. I like the canon aspects. It starts near the end of Season 3 and there is very little Bill. The whole thing is nearly all Eric and Sookie interaction which is perfect for me." -- Northwoman
» Poems by Eldanuumea
"Poems mainly, 19th century English. Very Austen and Bronte! If you like classic English writing, you'd like this one too!" -- Bowen
» Saints & Sinners by ericizmine
"I know I jumped on the Saints & Sinners bandwagon late, but better late than never, right? Ericizmine is a fantastic writer & this story is no exception to her fantasticness.
Eric & Alcide are FBI agents whose search for a serial killer leads them to Bon Temps and the Stackhouses. It's mainly fluff (Eric & Sookie are engaged within hours of meeting one another!), but there is some suspense as well. After all, there is a serial killer loose!
This story is complete & I couldn't stop reading. Seriously, I would stay up until 3am or 4am, reading until I could not keep my eyes open anymore. There's a bonus chapter at the end that you can find through the chapter list on the right hand side. There is also a sequel, but ericizmine got tied up writing Alcide in Wonderland, Alcide's POV of Saints & Sinners, another excellent story. Hopefully she'll go back to the sequel once that is finished." -- Suzapalooza
» Sook & the Three Fairies by joyindenver
"This story absolutely tore my heart out. This is a particularly sad story of Sookie, and the consistent failures of those around her and the dreams she has about getting out. It all culminates on the night that she meets Eric." -- peppermintyrose
» The Dead Man of Shreveport by Miral
"This story teams up Eric and Sookie to solve mysteries. What could be better? It is set in the time frame between Club Dead and Dead to My World when Bill is off in Peru. So we don't have to put up with Bill - yeah! Sookie's ramblings in her head and interactions with Eric and Pam are hilarious." -- Northwoman
» The Expat by seastarr08
"Who could resist a new story about the Sexpert? I jumped right into it as soon as it appeared, thrilled to be back in the life of our favorite couple. Eric and Sookie both have new demands in their careers which is hard on their personal lives. I love this Eric and Sookie and the writing is first class. The category is Romance / Humor which is my absolute preference, but I am already worrying about the drama that is sure to happen." -- Northwoman
» The Genius & the Muse by EtheHunter ♥ ♥ ♥
"The imagery this fic inspres in my own mind is truly amazing. This fic is wonderfully detailed in all the right places. It's also structured differently than most fics I've read, and is a refreshing way of storytelling incorporating many POVs and narrarators, yet still staying with our young, hopeful point of entry into this world in Jessica. On top of all that, it makes me yearn to be more artistic myself (and maybe hangout with Photographer Eric and Painter/Artist Sookie). As a pre-reader for this fic, I've gotten a sneak peak at what's coming ahead, and I don't think anyone will be disappointed. I suggest everyone start reading this AH fic now." -- tvgirlSVM
"The first two chapters of this new story are an intriguing beginning to what promises to be a unique story. The first chapter begins with the introduction of Jessica, a graduate student researching the great photographer Eric Northman. Her advisor, Bill Compton, explains that to really understand the enigmatic figure, she would have to learn more about his history and particularly about his muse—Sookie Stackhouse. The second chapter gives us a peek into the first time Eric and Sookie met, and the banter is spot on E/S while still entirely fresh.
While it was my love for vampires and the world that Charlaine Harris and Alan Ball created that brought me to fanfiction, I am always happy to discover a great AH/AU story. The Genius and the Muse is just that! " -- moxiemo
"This is a truly wonderful tale of two lovers and how their relationship affected the lives of those close to them, even when the love was lost...
The setting is among artists of different types, who became friends at school and whose lives continue to overlap, as they take inspiration from the energy and passion that surrounds Eric a photographer, and Sookie a painter. I think the title refers to Eric as the genius and Sookie as his muse, but really, I'd say they were each others muse, even during the years they have been apart.
Only the names will be familiar, the story (AH) is totally original and quite beautiful as Jessica, a talented student artist in her own right, attempts to understand what drives Eric Northman, the subject of her graduate thesis. However, as her professor advised, ""if you really want to understand Eric Northman...you have to understand Sookie Stackhouse"". Jessica sets out to do just that, and takes us along with her." -- axadams
» To Lose and To Find by notimefortime
"Sookie loses the love of her life when her husband is murdered. Little does she know that vampires exist and that her husband isn't actually gone for good.
This is an interesting, original idea, and makes for a gripping story. It's incredibly heartbreaking and difficult to read at times, but there are plenty of beautiful moments that make it all worthwhile. The author has thought out the potential pitfalls of Sookie and Eric's new relationship, and is dealing with them really brilliantly.
I'm so excited to see where this goes. Anyone who's looking for a meaningful, heartfelt fanfic should start reading this - but have tissues on hand! You have been warned." -- AoifeNZ
» White Blank Page by seastarr08
"Since I've already gotten a pretty big sneak peek at the rest of this truly original story, I just have to pimp it's awesomeness so people know not to miss out! Unusual in it’s content but a thoroughly enjoyable and utterly engaging read, you instantly find yourself attached to this unlikely threesome, all the while rooting for both ‘couples’ for different reasons. If you’re looking for a quirky and utterly unique take on a Eric/Sookie pairing this is for you." -- ChanelAddict
