This fanfiction challenge is a brain child of Miss Construed and Thyra10. After a lengthy Twitter discussion that involved other gals in the Sookiverse. The When Two Wrongs Make a Right pairing challenge was created.
Did you know that our creative SVM authors have posted a total of 1,656 stories in the SVM category on fanfiction.net. And guess what? 1,320 have Eric in them; 73 have Bill; and a whopping 1,329 list Sookie as a main character.
With all the characters in the world of SVM, the possibilities of writing good fics for other "lesser-exposed" characters is endless.
This is not a contest. It's a challenge. Sort of like the other challenge in the Sookieverse, the Weekly One-Shot, it's on-going and open to anyone who is looking for a topic to write. And similar to the Weekly One-Shot Challenge, there are guidelines and we've created a community so that you can easily find these stories.
Three authors have already taken up the challenge. Check them out:
