The Daily Fanfiction Updates is a newsletter for SVM fans on information about what is happening in the SVM and True Blood Fanfiction World. - Seven Deady Sins Contest Poll: The poll for the 7 Deadly Sins Contest closes this Thursday. So be sure to go and vote for your favorite fic.
- My First Fic Scene Art: Since I haven't had many fic spoiler news lately, I thought I'd show you guys some of my banner work I did for Missus T recently. I usually do story banners but this was my first time working on a specific scene.
My darling WT and SVM Addict asked I would be interested in putting Eric, Sookie, Amelia and Tray in Abba costumes for a Halloween party. Technically it got a bit tricky because I found pics and then broke my hard drive, and had to start all over but ... the picture on the right is the result.
- Sites Looking for Writers: From time to time, I've seen some sites looking for folks interested in writing for their blog or website. If you are interested, here are two sites who are looking for volunteers:

Challenges
- Weekly One-Shot (Deadline: October 10)
Challenge: Hosted by the lovely Suki59, this week's challenge theme is "Kill Bill." After you have completed your story, don't forget to post it in the, Weekly One-Shot thread in the Sookieverse Forum.
- When Human Meets Fangs (Deadline: November 27th)
Challenge: Area Five (a new fanfiction archive site) host their first challenge. They want stories of humans/non vampires meeting a vampire for the first time. It is not limited to just Sookie.
- Two Wrongs Make a Right (No Deadline)
Challenge: Have you ever though about writing a different pairing other than Sookie/Bill or Sookie/Eric? Have fun with the other characters in the Sookieverse.
