- Going on a Blog Vacation: I've been running a mile a minute for a while now and I think my engine is slowly running out of steam. So in order to keep this blog fresh so that it doesn't go away or become uninteresting, I'm going to take a short week off.
Hopefully you guys will stick around and hang in there with me while I take a bit of rest-time. While I'm off, I'm going to take some time and catch up on stories, and finish some of the ideas I've had brewing forever.
Another new feature I started for older fic recommendations is called Fics in the Attic which will be reviews for some of the 'older' fics, one shot and multi-chapters, that were completed over a year ago. I also had a contest idea brewing since July and it involves banners for us non-writers but I know I need help with that to get it started. (If you are interested in helping, let me know.)
Also, I want to bring back some of what you saw last year, like the Recommendations Posts and Top 30 at 30. And especially the SVM Addicts (if they are still hanging in there with me) and possibly add a few new Addicts and confessions to the group.
So I'm saying that to say, I'm not going away, just a lot of ideas. Just taking a break to cook up some ideas. I will post the next Daily Update NEXT Monday (1/24), so if you want to announce your new fic here then, just fill out the form. Chapter updates may be a bit outdated by then, but you are more than welcome to add it. I'll post Fanfictastic Friday then too, if I get over 10 recs so.

My fanfiction affiliate MyVampFiction.com (Love these gals!) are doing another Original Fiction contest. The challenge is to write an original erotica story (not PWP) that has a paranormal element. Submission period ends on January 31st. There are some great prizes, so check it out!
