"This new look at a favorite book Dead to My World, told initially all from Eric's POV in his journal he is keeping. It is interesting to see how detailed he is with his notes and the feelings he has. I can't wait until the curse is lifted and he reads his journal!!! At that point the story will cover some totally new ground. This is also by one of my favorite authors who grabs my emotions completely." -- Northwoman
"New plot for the SVM world. Not the traditional E/S love story."
"This is a nifty little New England Sookie. This story is superbly sensual, as well as taking the qualities of canon characters.
This story of Sookie has such earthy realism to it, and she is completely lovable. Even Bill made me laugh because he wouldn't break out of the rules. Watch the suitors parade in, all wanting to be the baby daddy - really great fic. " -- peppermintyrose
"Oh my goodness. This fic is absolutely wonderful. Never have I sweated so much through some fictional labour. It's completely out of the usual, and incredibly sweet.
It tells the story of Pam and Amelia and how they got a baby. Pam is a tremendously strong character, and if you miss multi-dimensional Pam who thinks about more than shoes, this is totally for you. Read it - it's absolutely fabulous." -- peppermintyrose
"Immortal Beloved stars our favourite SVM characters, but in a whole new world where vamps have a prominent role in society. The story is unique, really there is nothing else remotely like it, the writing is excellent and it totally draws you in. As with All About Erics previous story (the also excellent 'What Happened In Vegas') the story introduces original and unexpected elements without ever being contrived. I'm sure some twists and turns lurk around corners and I can't wait to be surprised and delighted by them. This is one of the best stories out there, don't miss out !" -- axadams

"Immortal Beloved is different from anything I've read before. Vampires took over the government and Eric is the King of Louisiana. Gran works as the head housekeeper at the palace and Sookie comes to live there with her when she's seven. The story follows her mostly awkward (and at times hilarious) interactions with Eric as she grows up there.
IB had the potential to be clumsy, but All About Eric has done a wonderful job progressing the story at a natural pace and keeping my attention. Eric is not a superhero sweeping Sookie off her feet and declaring his everlasting love for her (as he is in so many stories now.) She paints a clear and realistic picture of what Eric as the King, the vampire, and the employer is like.
The story is up to 10 chapters now and Sookie is about to make a pivotal decision, which has the potential to change the course she expected for her life. I am excited to see the new direction of the story develop." -- seasonblogs
"The way the author has blended real life with the SVM characters is really refreshing and new"
"This is a really exceptional AU. Niall has tasked Eric with looking for Sookie, who has run off into the underbelly of the world with Hadley.
In a manner similar to DTTW, but from Eric's POV this time, we have him having a little look into the life of Sookie Stackhouse, exploring what it means to be a telepath, and how the world impacts on that.
The characterisations from canon are superb, and the storyline unique. Truly - worth the time it takes to read it." -- peppermintyrose
"This is another canon story, actually a variation on True Blood, much more favorable to Eric lovers. Sookie decides to save a girl who was going to be turned by offering herself instead. Eric will be her maker. He prepares her for life as a vampire and builds his relationship with her." -- Northwoman
"This is author's first fanfic, but you would be hard pressed to guess that. The tale takes place in England in the 1800s when Jason loses his sister and land in a card game to the power Eric. The story is intriguing and her take on Eric, Sookie and the whole gang is wonderful. Her Sookie is thoughtful, kind, and strong. She quite often saves herself which is nice to read. If you are looking for an all human, period piece with a lot of romance and action you should definitely check this story out. It's in progress with Chapter 13 and I don't how much more the author has planned, but this is a tale worth jumping into." -- IndigoEnchantment
"This is just wonderful. Viking Eric has been sent running down Sookie's road instead of Vampire Eric in DTTW. But Vampire Eric is still head honcho of Shreveport.
AoifeNZ's characterisations of all of them are wonderful. She's put immense thought into what vampire Eric would think of his human self and made his human self slightly softer, and her Sookie is soooo good - she's just like book Sookie, and provides a magnificent reality check backdrop to two Erics, both determined to be high handed troublemakers.
Watching two Erics interact with each other while Sookie tries to cool them out - too good to miss." -- peppermintyrose

Can I endorse Peppermityrose's recommedation of Viking vs Vampire. This is AoifeNZ's first story, and I'm a bit biased because I'm beta reading it, but she has come up with a great idea and as you say, her portrayal of the three main characters (one Sookie, two Eric's) is great!
I would love to read this. I have seen it recommend multiple times on different sites, but it has been removed from ff.net. Does anyone know if it has been moved to a different site? I know I'm late to the game, but 2020 has given me lots of time for reading fan fiction.
