- Happy New Year! Just in case I haven't had a chance to wish you a happy new year ... let me do so now. I hope that 2011 turns out exactly as you hope it to be. I found this little quote online, attributed to Benjamin Franklin, that I'm sending out as wishes: "Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each New Year find you a better woman."
By the way, I changed the "man" to "woman" since our fandom is all woman and I think it looks better this way. :)
- Dead Air on BlogTalkRadio: The EricNorthman.net weekly online broadcast show decided to start 2011 off with part 2 of their discussion on fanfiction. The first airing on fanfiction focused on writers and their writing influences. Tonight, DeeDee (see Eric by DeeDeeINFJ) will talk with readers. The show, Fanfiction -- The Sequel, is tonight (January 3) at 9pm et / 8pm ct. Click here to link directly to the show on BlogTalkRadio.
- End of 2010 Fanfic Recommendation: If you haven't seen it already, I posted a SVM Addicts: Year in Fanfic Review. There's some nifty stats on the state of SVM/TB fandom and a few recs from the addicts. Check them out and add your favorite from 2010 to the list. I also posted the last Fanfictastic Friday of 2010 post too. Be sure to get your recommendation in for the first fanfic Friday post of 2011!

- Eternal Romance Orignal Fiction Erotica Contest: Click here for details
My fanfiction affiliate MyVampFiction.com (Love these gals!) are doing another Original Fiction contest. The challenge is to write an original erotica story (not PWP) that has a paranormal element. Submission period begins today! There are some great prizes, so check it out!
