This is another story by ericizmine. It is smart and funny as her fics tend to be. Sookie is more relaxed and trusting because she didn't fall for Bill and be betrayed. Instead she is falling for Eric. Adele is a hoot and she & Eric are buddies. Pam is Pam and I love her. Eric is smart, sexy, badass but he is honest with Sookie and protects her. I can't think of characterizations in the canon world that make me happier. Oh and Bill is a douche. -- Northwoman

Missus T claims this as her first fic written for anyone else to read but you would never know. I loved this story for all its twists and turns. She writes a wonderful Eric too! Night Huntress Series, the time that Cat & Bones are apart, told from his POV. Tradermare really gets under Bones' skin in this fic, you can imagined it happened exactly as she envisioned it, with all of Bones' usual humour, drama and sexiness :) AND she really writes a great Bones without him straying into 'Gor Blimey Mahry Pawpins' territory. Happy Birthday to me! Makesmyheadspin wrote this as a birthday gift to me. If you're not reading her work... Go. Read. Now. She's new to FF.net, coming over from Live Journal, and all her stuff is wonderful. She captures Eric and Sookie so well, both in their TB characters and SVM. This particular fic is based on the drips and drabs of S3 promos, trailers and spoilers that have been gleaned over the last few weeks. Just a few more days to see how S3 really pans out! Men in Uniform by kjwrit
A fairly new writer to the scene, kjwrit published this story just this past week. I found out about it through the "SVM Fanfic Updates" widget. I'm glad I did since I'm now checking out her Law and Order story as well. Men In Uniform is a series of one-shots where Eric dresses in uniform and Sookie gets to take them off. In chapter 1, Eric is a NJ State Trooper. I think that this is the first PWP-type story that I wounded up saying "aww" at the end. . Then she turned around and posted chapter 2 this weekend. In the most recent chapter, Eric is a Sentinel guarding the Tomb of the Unknowns. I boo-hoo'd on this chapter. So for a quick read, with a shot of lemons, and a promise of some interesting one-shots; check out this story. -- Sapfirerose
Tasting Sin by Leia1912
Canon, E/S rated M. 78 lovely chapters and the lovely Leia1912 assured the Twitterverse that more should be coming over the next few months. It's a read and re reader, some of the funniest moments in SVM fanfic history with plenty of action and lemonyness. I suggested you visit the lavatory before reading (chp 61 in particular) or you maybe encounter a laughter/bladder weakness problem. Like when Sookie goes out undercover and drinks a little too much, when she gets back to Fantasia she is 'tired and emotional' much to Eric's horror.
"I lifted my head of the couch. "
"Are you angry? Are you angry with me?"
" I couldn't help myself; tears began to pool. "
"I hate it when you're angry with me."
"Fuck!" Eric hissed again. He cast around frantically for something, then ripped his shirt off and began dabbing it at my face.
"Lover, don't…"
"Lover, lover, lover, that's all you say…Oh, lover, you're the best, oh, lover, you feel so good, oh, lover, I don't need to wear one, vampires are all sterile and I love the sensations, lover...Are you just using me for sex?"
"Too late for that now,"" Pam murmured and I heard Bill say something angrily to her."
